Orders and payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate purchase and account information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for reasons including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.

Products

Each item is made to order through our production partner, Printify. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what's shown on screen. We aim for accurate product descriptions but don't guarantee that all details are error-free.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. See our Shipping & Returns page for details on delivery times, exchanges, and refunds.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of TombPad and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TombPad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
