Processing time

Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery time depends on your location and is in addition to processing time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns and exchanges

Because items are made to order, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Contact us within 14 days of delivery using our contact form, describing the issue and leaving your email so we can follow up about photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable situations

We're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, color variations due to screen display differences, or minor variations inherent to the printing process.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable delivery window, contact us and we'll help track it down.
