Terms of use

Last updated October 2026.

Midway is a free site of quick games. By playing you agree to these terms.

Who can play

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Guests can play challenge links without an account.

Your account

Pick a username that isn't offensive and doesn't impersonate anyone. We may rename or remove accounts that break this. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings, the gear at the top right.

Fair play

Don't automate play, exploit bugs or interfere with other players. Ballpark answers are estimates; our explanations show the assumptions behind each one.

No warranty

Midway is provided as is. We may change or stop the service at any time.
